By clicking "I Agree," you consent to VerifIQ LLC ("VerifIQ", "we", "us", "our") monitoring and processing your data and session activity in order to provide our secure Interview-Guard and Meeting-Guard Services (collectively, "Services").

Data We Access

To provide our Services, we may access and process the following data ("Data"), during the session:

• •Your webcam video stream.
• •Your entire desktop environment, including screen content and active applications.
• •Your files and folders stored locally or in cloud-synced directories.
• •All running processes and window titles.
• •System metadata such as device name, operating system version, and IP address.
• •Clipboard activity and input data, such as typed text.

Data Use and Sharing

• •We access and use this Data to secure the sessions, analyze usage patterns, and provide the core functionalities of our Services, including identifying potential interview assistance methods (such as AI tools, remote desktop usage, search engine usage, virtual machines etc.)
• •Session data, including webcam video, may be temporarily stored for processing, review, or integrity checks.
• •We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (such as secure cloud hosting or analytics vendors) under strict contractual protections.
• •The Data may be used to generate anonymized insights for product improvement.
• •We do not sell the Data.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and secure data storage to protect your information.

Age Restriction

Our Service is intended for use only by individuals 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, do not use this Service.
