Adding Team Members
There are two ways to invite team members to your organization:
Option 1: Direct Email Invite
Click "Invite Member"
Click the "Invite Member" button to open the invitation form.
Enter Email and Select Role
Enter the team member's email address and select their role:
- Enter their work email address
- Choose Admin, Manager, or Member role
Send Invitation
Click "Send Invite" and the team member will receive an email with instructions to join your organization.
Option 2: Invite Link
Create a custom invite link to share with your whole team. Anyone with the link can automatically join your organization without individual invitations.
- Generate a unique invite code or link from the Team page
- Set how long the invite link will be active
- Set how many times the invite link can be used
- Share the link with your team via email, Slack, or any other channel
- Team members click the link to join - no manual approval needed
- Revoke or regenerate the link at any time for security
Managing Existing Members
From the Team settings page, you can manage your existing team members:
Change Roles
Click on a member's role to change their permissions level
Resend Invitations
For pending invitations, click "Resend" to send another invite email
Remove Members
Click "Remove" to revoke a member's access (Admin only)
